About The Bedding Site and our editorial method

The Bedding Site is an independent guide to bedding fit and care. We write for US readers who want to check the facts on a label before they buy or wash an item.

How we check a guide

We check the maker’s size chart and care label for the exact item. A broad chart is a starting point. It doesn’t prove that every item with the same size name has the same cut. We say when a size is just an example.

We explain the fiber and how the yarns form the cloth. We keep those facts apart from sales claims. A cooling name or a high count isn’t a test result. We don’t claim hands-on tests or medical expertise.

How we handle sleep data

Our reports use named public data sources. We keep the release and the date of our work. You can read how we turned the source into a table. Survey weights and the sample design help us work out each share and its error range. County model figures keep their source error ranges too.

Missing or suppressed figures never become zero. Group patterns don’t show that bedding caused a sleep result. We share tables and methods so you can check our work. We don’t share individual survey records.

Independence and corrections

This is a new publication. We don’t claim to be a former operator of this domain or to have its team. Our text and visuals are new. A photograph shows context; it isn’t proof of a product test.

Tell us about an error through contact. Name the page and statement, with a source if you have one. We check the facts and fix any affected files together. A major report fix will have a date and a short account of what changed.
