Privacy, cookies and website terms

The Bedding Site operates thebeddingsite.com. This page explains how we use data from this website.
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive your address and message, plus any name or files you include. We use them to handle your question and reply. We don't add you to a marketing list.
The contact link opens your own email app. This website has no contact form. Please send only the details needed for your question.
Page use and link counts
Site analytics, when active, use page and device data to show which guides get used. They load only after consent where the site requires it. They don't load when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Our product roundups carry Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, this website earns from qualifying purchases. See our affiliate disclosure for how these links work. Amazon has its own privacy and cookie policies when you visit.
When you click a partner link with JavaScript enabled, our site sends a click count to its own server. The count records the offer, page, country and time. It uses no cookies or personal identifier and runs separately from optional site analytics, even if you decline those analytics.
If you arrive through a link with campaign labels, we keep those labels in your browser tab's session storage. They can be sent with later partner-link clicks in that tab. These labels describe the campaign, such as its source, rather than a visitor profile.
Our page search and report filters don't need your email address. County searches use the public data already on the page.
Your choices
We don't sell your personal information or share your email for others' marketing. Use contact to ask about data in a message you sent us. Tell us enough to find it, without sending extra private details.
Website use
Read the website terms for use of the guides. External sites have their own policies. Our disclosure explains commercial links, and our method explains source checks.
